ARTIST STATEMENT / SELECTED CURRICULUM VITAE
My art has become a journey toward simplicity, stillness, and a deeper sense of presence. After more than two decades of creating, I find myself working from a quieter, more intuitive place.
My recent totemic assemblages and Visual Meditations bring together photographic imagery, painted surfaces, found objects, and restrained geometric forms. Each element is chosen with intention, allowing space and silence to become as meaningful as the imagery itself.
My journey as a Reiki Master has deepened this connection, bringing a more contemplative and spiritual dimension to my creative process.
I create not simply to make something beautiful, but to evoke something felt before it is fully understood — a moment of stillness, a sense of connection, a quiet presence.
In many ways, I feel I am creating my most personal and meaningful work now.
